HR be an effective business partner with the Sales organisation The Number One challenge for sales leaders leaders today is to attract, deploy, develop and retain top sales talent. This provides a huge opportunity for Human Resources to create business value by implementing an effective strategy for Sales Talent Management. As the custodian of the company’s Human Capital Strategy, HR is strongly positioned to become a true strategic partner for the sales organisation. However in many companies HR is not seen by sales leaders as a valued partner. As a consultant with extensive experience in both Sales and HR, my role is to help HR to create the strategies needed to turn this around.
