My coaching approach & experience

My training and practice has prepared me for a wide range of coaching situations, working with executives, teams and key individual contributors, addressing business and whole life issues as required.  As a result of my business experience I do specialise in

  • Sales Director/Manager coaching (for performance or development)
  • Sales team coaching (for skills or deal-related)
  • Coaching training for sales managers

My objectives in coaching are:

  1. Seeing people gain clarity about their potential and goals, developing self-awareness, and taking responsibility to achieve the change they want for themselves and their teams
  2. Then seeing them take action and achieve that change, resulting in improved performance in work and increased satisfaction in life

I have coached Sales Directors and Managers in major corporations.  I have also provided advice during the training of sales managers in coaching skills.  I have completed certified coaching training to standards set by the International Coach Federation. I hold the ICF Associate Certified Coach accreditation and also am a Certified NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) Practitioner.  I provide my coaching services under the ICF Code of Ethics (copy available on request).
